Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme run by the well-known consumer organisation Which?. It recognises reputable traders who successfully pass an assessment process carried out by trading standards professionals.
Which? has been rigorously testing products and services for more than 60 years, and now applies this same expertise to assessing and endorsing local tradespeople.
As a Which? Trusted Trader, we're committed to addressing any concerns promptly. You can report issues within twelve months of discovery, and we have 28 days to acknowledge and resolve complaints. Which? monitors all complaints to ensure we maintain their high standards.
The work must have been completed whilst we were (or are) an endorsed Which? Trusted Trader, and you must report the problem within twelve months of discovery.
If we cannot reach a resolution within eight weeks, you can refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution provider through Which? Trusted Traders.
No. The assessment process has high demands, and not all businesses that apply get through. Only traders who meet Which?'s rigorous standards can display the Which? Trusted Trader logo.
